Alot of people say that Lil' Wayne is the best rapper...I think its close..but not all the way true.
Sure everyone wants to hear about money, weed, his large amount of females and how rich he is right? Eh, sometimes.

I think Eminem is the best rapper out. He's been proven to DESTROY any beat, and he hasn't failed to keep shocking the media/music industry with the verses that he spits.
